In Minnesota, DFL audiences elect delegates who then go on to endorse candidates.  You can be a delegate by either convincing a small group to support you and your candidate (called a walking subcaucus), or by winning the majority vote.

Taxpayers recently paid for a special report to be mailed out in Minnesota’s Congressional District 2 (please see the image to the left, which is of Kline’s report).

Our MN 2010 DFL candidates are super people with winning smiles, love in their hearts, and good plans to help Minnesota’s hard working families.  For various reasons I think some of them have more “winning” qualities than others, but I would not mind it a bit if the rest surprised me or gave me reason [...]

I can’t see what happens at www.dflers.org, which possibly makes it appear there is a hidden agenda and therefore further obscures the DFL message.  At least that is how it appears to me, and I represent any online surfer who is looking for DFL leadership and doesn’t have a password.
