The 2009 elections are in!  Here’s a few thoughts:
Minneapolis and St. Paul Mayoral Races, Metro area:
Our metro area, litmus test, elections are over with democrats Chris Coleman and RT Rybak safely reassuming their seats.  Metro area elections are good publicity but drum-beating republicans tried in vain and couldn’t even get out a basic message.
